The Black Music Association and Academy of America promotes policies and programs that enable entertainers, performers, writers, and others in the entertainment industry to have a forum whereby they can foster their careers in Music, Film & Theater.

Our mission is to cultivate, motivate, and invigorate the music, artists, and public. We achieve our mission by recognizing the up-rising talents of America, creating new opportunities through music and paying honor to legendary artists.
